How do I track my delivery?
Sign in and go to My Account > Orders. Every order shows real-time status:
- Preparing — order received, being picked from the warehouse
- Ready for pickup — boxed and waiting for a driver
- Out for delivery — your driver is on the way
- Delivered — completed
You'll see both the warehouse pick stage and the driver delivery stage, so you always know exactly where your order is.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered the next day across Kuwait. During Ramadan, holidays, and weekends, schedules may extend by a day. Your exact delivery date is shown at checkout and on your order page.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all six governorates of Kuwait — Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi, and Jahra. We don't currently ship outside Kuwait.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is shown on your cart page and varies by area. You'll see the threshold and remaining amount as you add items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
While the order is still in Preparing status, contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel. Once it moves to Out for delivery, we can't intercept it — but you can always refuse delivery on the doorstep.
My order didn't arrive — what now?
First, check the live status on My Orders — sometimes drivers run late in the evening. If your order shows Out for delivery for more than 4 hours, please contact us with your order number and we'll trace it immediately.
Do you deliver 19L water jugs?
Yes — 19L jugs have a dedicated delivery fleet that handles refills and exchanges. Order through the website or app like any other product. Empty jugs are collected on your next delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- KNET — Kuwait local debit cards
- Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard
- Apple Pay on iOS
- Google Pay on Android
All payments are processed via MyFatoorah's secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by MyFatoorah, a licensed Kuwait-based payment processor that's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your card data passes directly from your device to MyFatoorah's secure environment — it never touches our servers.
I was charged but didn't get a confirmation
This is rare but can happen if the connection dropped at the last step. Check My Orders first — your order may have gone through. If it didn't, the charge will automatically reverse within 1-3 business days. Contact us with your transaction ID and we'll check immediately.
Can I pay with cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available only for orders placed by phone through our call center. Website and mobile-app orders are online-payment only (KNET, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Do I need an account to order?
Yes. An account lets you save delivery addresses, track every order in real time, see your full order history, and reuse payment methods. Sign-up takes about 30 seconds — create one now.
I forgot my password
Click Reset password on the login page and we'll email you a reset link. The link is valid for one hour.
How do I add a new delivery address?
Go to My Account > Addresses. You can add unlimited addresses (home, office, parents' house, etc.) and pick one at checkout. Address picker uses your phone's GPS plus our area database to fill area, block and street automatically.
Can I sign in with Google or Apple?
Yes — Google and Apple Sign-In are both available on the login page. They're faster than typing a password and just as secure.

Where does Al Rawdatain water come from?
Our natural mineral water is bottled at source in the Al-Rawdatain field, north of Kuwait City — water shaped over thousands of years by desert rain, minerals and time. The aquifer is among Kuwait's oldest natural water sources.
What sizes do you offer?
We carry everything from single 200ml glass bottles up to family packs and 19L office jugs. The full range is on our shop, and you can filter by size, pack count, container, and use case (office, home, on-the-go).
Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes. All our PET bottles are 100% recyclable. Glass bottles are 100% recyclable indefinitely. We're certified ISO 22000 (food safety) and NSF certified — quality and traceability are non-negotiable.
Do you sell more than just water?
Yes — sparkling waters, juices, energy drinks, flavoured cans (lemon, mango, apple, cola and more), and seasonal lines. Browse them all under Shop.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged items, wrong order, refund timeline.
An item arrived damaged or leaking
We're sorry about that. Refuse the item on the doorstep if you can, or contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll either refund that item or replace it on the next delivery — your choice.
I received the wrong product
Let us know within 24 hours via the contact form. Keep the wrong item — the driver will swap it for the correct one on the next delivery, at no extra cost.
How long does a refund take?
KNET refunds appear in your account within 1-3 business days. Credit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days depending on your bank. We process every refund within 24 hours of approval.

Where can I download the app?
The Al Rawdatain app is available on:

Same account works on website and app — your cart and addresses sync automatically.
Why does the app keep asking me to update?
We push critical updates (security fixes, payment improvements) with a forced upgrade so older versions can't process payments. Updates are always free and only take a few seconds in the App Store / Play Store.
I'm having trouble with the app
First, make sure you're on the latest version (open the App Store / Play Store and check for updates). If issues persist, let us know with your phone model, app version, and a description — we'll fix it fast.

Do you offer office water delivery?
Yes — we deliver bottled water and 19L jugs to thousands of offices across Kuwait. For recurring delivery schedules, dedicated account support, and consolidated invoicing, get in touch with our business team.

Yes — pricing improves with volume. Tell us your monthly demand via the contact form and our sales team will send a custom quote within one business day.
We're a co-op — do you supply us?
Absolutely. Al Rawdatain has been the trusted supplier to Kuwait co-ops for decades. Contact our wholesale team to set up a wholesale account with delivery scheduling and term billing.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes — every order generates a downloadable invoice on My Orders. For business accounts with specific invoicing requirements, contact our finance team and we'll set it up.
